1.Drop-Off Only
Whether it’s a family gathering, wedding, or office party, our catering brings the flavors of Hawaii to every celebration.
3. Set-Up — We Return for Equipment
We deliver and set up your food line, then come back 2–2.5 hours later to break down and remove our equipment. This option lets you enjoy the event while we handle the heavy lifting.
2. Set-Up — Customer Returns Equipment
We deliver and set up your food with our equipment. After the event, you take care of breaking down and returning the equipment. Ideal for those who want a bit of extra help but like to handle cleanup themselves.
4. Set-Up + Monitor Service
We deliver, set up, and actively monitor your food line — refilling pans, replacing utensils, assisting guests, and keeping the area clean. At the end of the event, we handle the full breakdown. Perfect for stress-free, fully supported catering.

Pricing and Minimums

  • Delivery catering minimum: $750
  • Full Pan (FP): Serves ~40 people
  • Half Pan (HP): Serves ~15–20 people
